Treow Community, in partnership with the Supported Accommodation Association, invite you to this session where we’ll discuss Preparing your team for inspection on the 3rd July between 9.30am and 10.30am.
As more supported accommodation providers look ahead to their upcoming Ofsted inspection, it’s essential that the entire workforce feels confident and prepared. Inspectors will make the most of every opportunity to speak with a wide range of people connected to your service, including young people and staff at all levels.
This one-hour online session will focus on how managers of supported accommodation services can ensure their team members are ready for these conversations. During the session we will explore the importance of staff feeling comfortable engaging with inspectors, and the need for staff to provide clear and consistent responses that reflect and are aligned with both day-to-day practice and documented processes. We’ll help managers consider what they can be doing now to support their staff to prepare and offer practical advice, guidance and tips to help you prepare your team effectively. We’ll also invite providers who have already been through inspection to share their experiences.
