Regulation 21 of the Supported Accommodation (England) Regulations stipulates a requirement for a Missing Child Policy to be in place. In the session we’ll talk about what to cover in your policy and share advice and guidance on best practice when working with young people who may go missing from your service. We’ll talk about appropriately assessing risks, national protocols to effectively respond to incidents, and appropriate reporting and recording of missing cases.
